Do you embroider / screen print / laser engrave?
Yes we do! If you're unsure of which type of decoration is best for your situation, we will work with you to help make a decision.
How much does embroidery / screen printing / laser engraving cost?
Pricing varies depending on quantity and other factors. Please contact us for a free estimate. You can stop in, email sales@delightfuldetail.com, or give us a call. Please be sure to include information like placement, size, colors, and if you are using a logo.
Do you carry x brand?
Most of the time, yes! We carry several popular name brands like Nike, Eddie Bauer, The North Face, and more. See our drop down menu at the top of the page to see our most popular options.
Is there a minimum for orders?
It depends. We will decorate one item in-house with embroidery, screen printing, or laser engraving.However, it is more cost effective with larger quantities.Some items that are sold through Delightful Detail do have a minimum requirement according to the manufacturer. Please contact us to learn more.
Do bulk orders get discounts?
Yes, the larger the quantity ordered, the less customization is per piece.
Certain clothing and engraving items are less expensive when ordered in bulk/by case.
Can I supply the items I'd like customized?
Most of the time, no. We do understand that certain items aren’t sold by Delightful Detail, such as a sentimental item, memorabilia, or heirlooms, and will accept them for personalization. Most name brands cannot be provided by the customer, and items must be purchased through Delightful Detail for decorating.
I have artwork. How do I send it to you?
If you have a My Promo Dashboard link, artwork can be uploaded through it. Artwork can also be emailed to sales@delightfuldetail.com. When emailing, please include context for the order (name, company, job number, etc.).
What formats are best for artwork?
For screen printing and laser engraving, vector files (EPS, CDR, AI, etc.) are preferred. JPGs and PNGs are accepted, though there is often an additional artwork fee.
For embroidery, if you have an embroidery file type (DST, PXF, POF), our machine should be able to read them. If not, there is a one-time digitizing fee.
I paid a one time digitizing/artwork fee. What does this mean?
We keep artwork and embroidery files. If you want to come back at a later date, and have more items customized with your logo, we will still have the artwork on hand.
How long will I wait for my order?
Orders can take anywhere from one to three weeks depending on the current volume of orders. Our production time shifts daily as the number of unfinished jobs fluctuates. The estimated completion date is not always guaranteed. The production times for promotional products varies greatly from item to item. The normal production time is listed under the "Delivery" tab of most products on our website.
I need my item by x date. Can this be done?
Generally, yes. There are times we are not able to accommodate the request, such as during the holiday season. It is best to ask. There are additional rush fees for these orders.
