What formats are best for artwork?
For screen printing and laser engraving, an EPS, CDR, or AI is preferred. Sometimes a PDF works as well. JPGs and PNGs are accepted, though there is often an additional artwork fee. The fee is usually $75.

We keep artwork and embroidery files. If you want to come back at a later date, and have more items customized with your logo, we will still have the artwork on hand.
How long will I wait for my order?

Specific items may take more or less time.
I need my item by x date. Can this be done?
Generally, yes. There are times we are not able to accommodate the request, such as at the end of the year. It is best to ask. There are additional rush fees for these orders.
